I met that Robb Guys on a water damage/sewage project in Moorpark. He was friendly, reliable knowledgable and professional. One of the things I enjoyed hearing from Robb was a comment he made to the home owner, "I will not stop until your sewage issues are resolved."  It was refreshing to hear his level of commitment to the solution he planned to provide.  That Robb guy has exceptional customer service skills and love for solving plumbing problems.

Alberto arrived on time, was professional, and went above and beyond to get the drain cleared. I've dealt with a number of plumbing issues on past properties of mine and this was the most difficult block I've seen to get past. Hi, just wanted to write a review about my experience with the Rooter Solutions, I have a problem with my kitchen sink, I found this company online, I called and a pleasant voice on the other end  by the name of Gloria answer the phone, I explained to her the problem that I have, and she told me that she will sent technicians within and hour and a half or so,. Technicians Lincoln and Angel shows up , covered their shoes before entering the house, I told Them it's ok, the floor is wet anyways cos of the leakage but they said it ok, they did what they suppose to do in a timely manner and left, very professional and satisfied with their work, I recommend this family oriented company to anyone who needs plumbing service ASAP. Keep on the good work guys.
